UPDATE [2/3] - High School Pre-Engineering Teacher Seeks Donation of Old Equipment:

" My name is Todd Benz and I am a former member of GVLSA. I am currently a pre-engineering teacher at Pittsford Mendon High School. We currently have two classes that we are integrating more surveying concepts and principles into, Civil engineering & Architecture and Construction Systems. We are currently looking for a level and a set of legs to help in this program. Right now we only have one, that we currently share with the students at Sutherland High School, for classes of 20 students. We are looking to see if anyone at GVLSA has any old levels and/or legs that they would like to donate to our school. I can be contacted at 267-3915 or by E-mail at todd_benz@pittsford.monroe.edu. We would greatly appreciate any other equipment that anyone would like to donate to our schools to help us start our surveying program. UPDATE [12/15] - INSTRUMENT STOLEN - Nikon DTM 552 Total Station S/N 10021, was stolen from the Eastview Home Depot parking lot on 12/9/05. Contact Dan Spence at Fisher Associates (334-1310) with any information.

UPDATE [11/14] - INSTRUMENTS STOLEN!! CMT Z-33 GPS base station, tripods, RTK radio and antenna, stolen from the Rochester area on 11/10/2005. Contact Michael Haley at LaBella Associates with any information.
